Approach
Every engagement follows a defined alignment process. We evaluate rigorously, structure deliberately, and remain engaged as demand and infrastructure converge.
Assessment
We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of AI workload requirements and infrastructure conditions.
This includes deployment profile, power availability and pricing, grid capacity, site control and permitting, operator capability, and regulatory context.
We proceed only when compute demand, power depth, and delivery capacity align structurally and at scale.
Structuring
Once validated, we support the development of the commercial and technical framework between the operator and the AI workload customer.
Capacity phasing, service levels, technical parameters, commercial principles, and sequencing are clarified before commitments are formalized.
The operator remains the contracting counterparty. Our role is to ensure alignment and realism prior to execution.
Execution
As agreements move toward signature and projects advance into delivery, we remain engaged as an independent alignment partner.
We help facilitate the contracting process, clarify technical and commercial assumptions, and support dialogue where questions arise. Our presence helps ensure that legal, commercial, and engineering perspectives remain coordinated as agreements are finalized and sites move from commitment to build-out.
Operators contract and construct. We help ensure the process remains coherent.
Continuity
Our relationships extend beyond individual transactions.
We continue working alongside our operator partners to evaluate future sites, align expansion phases, and introduce additional AI workload demand as capacity scales.
The objective is sustained alignment between compute deployment and infrastructure build-out over time.
